ik1971 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the ik1971 website accessible at https://ik1971.app and any associated mobile web application.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you upon successful completion of the ik1971 registration process.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and eligible bonus funds held in your Account at any given time.
• "Game Rules" means the individual rules applicable to each casino game, sports bet, or other wagering product offered on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under ik1971's compliance obligations.

References to "including" or "includes" are not exhaustive. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on ik1971, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person acting in your personal capacity; corporate entities may not register player accounts.
• You are not a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of ik1971 or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by ik1971 for a breach of these Terms.
• You are registering with accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in your name in Bangladesh.

ik1971 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawal requests pending verification.

Registration of an Account constitutes your warranty that all information provided is true, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

ik1971 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, subject to availability in your jurisdiction: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, USDT (TRC-20), Visa, Mastercard, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (or equivalent in USDT at the prevailing rate).
• Maximum single deposit: ৳200,000, unless a higher limit has been approved in writing by ik1971 compliance.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate Account review.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to reflect.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless ik1971 compliance approves an alternative method in writing.
• All withdrawals require a completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but are not permitted to withdraw.
• Standard processing time: 15–45 minutes for bKash and Nagad during BST business hours (09:00–22:00 BST Monday to Sunday). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day.
• ik1971 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000, which may extend processing time by up to 72 hours.

ik1971 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges for which ik1971 accepts no responsibility.

ik1971 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL Finals, and the ICC T20 World Cup.

• All bonuses are subject to the specific wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry dates stated in the relevant promotion's individual terms, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 30× the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your Balance. Real-money funds are used first in wagers; bonus funds are used thereafter, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• ik1971 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if it suspects abuse, system error, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• Players who self-exclude or apply deposit limits are not eligible to receive promotional bonuses for the duration of their restriction period.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, have no cash value unless wagering requirements are fully met, and may not be exchanged, sold, or assigned to any third party.

ik1971 exercises sole discretion in determining whether wagering requirements have been satisfied. In the event of a dispute, ik1971's records of account activity shall be the primary reference source.

All games offered on the ik1971 Platform are governed by the rules published within each game interface, which are supplied by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. ik1971 does not modify game mechanics or payout structures and has no operational control over the certified random number generators (RNG) used by these providers.

• It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a wager. ik1971 does not provide refunds for wagers placed in error or as a result of misunderstanding game rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including disconnection, browser crash, or server outage — bets in progress will be settled in accordance with the game provider's malfunction policy, which typically voids the round and returns the stake to your Balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. ik1971 may amend these limits at its discretion.
• For sports betting, ik1971 reserves the right to void markets, limit bet stakes, or decline bets at its sole discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected or where a market has been opened in error.
• Winnings arising from bets placed with bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements outlined in Section 4.

ik1971 does not warrant the uninterrupted availability of any particular game or betting market. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may affect game availability without advance notice.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spend.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic reminders at intervals you define.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ik1971 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age or are a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or using a third party's identity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Discovered vulnerabilities must be reported to [email protected] immediately.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on information not available to the general public.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using payment accounts not registered in your own name, or facilitating money laundering through the Platform.
• Abusing the bonus system through coordinated multi-account wagering, bonus hunting, or any other technique designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward ik1971 staff in any support channel.

ik1971 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account and withhold funds pending investigation where it reasonably suspects a breach of this section. Investigations will be completed within 30 calendar days wherever possible, and the outcome communicated to the relevant player by email.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ik1971 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds resulting from your own error, negligence, or breach of these Terms.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or delays caused by factors outside ik1971's reasonable control, including telecommunications outages, power failures, acts of God, or cyber-attacks.
• Incorrect information provided by third-party game providers, odds compilers, or data feed suppliers.
• Losses arising from unauthorised Account access due to your failure to maintain credential security.

ik1971 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ik1971 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose beyond entertainment. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by ik1971's negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

If you have a complaint about any aspect of ik1971's services, please contact our customer support team in the first instance at [email protected] with full details of your concern. ik1971 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 10 business days of receipt.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal complaints process, you may escalate your complaint to ik1971's designated dispute resolution channel as detailed in the response to your complaint. All escalated disputes will be reviewed by a senior compliance officer not involved in the original decision.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through ik1971's internal processes shall be referred to binding arbitration. By accepting these Terms, you waive the right to participate in any class-action proceeding against ik1971.
